Abstract

Social pathology is something that infects many people, both developed and developing, therefore problem solving in describing the problem of this social disease is very important to pay attention to. In addition to the use of the religiosity approach described in scientific concepts, it is very important to do to harmonize the concept and implementation principles in solving social problems in society, this article will describe the approach in the perspective of Islamic education in solving these problems. The method used in this research is literature study, which summarizes references and documents related to the titles discussed. The results of the research in this article discusses related to social pathology, namely any behavior that is contrary to the norms of good faith, local stability, simplicity, morals, property rights, family solidarity, harmony with neighbors, discipline, kindness and formal law. The concept of social pathology refers to disease in society which is defined as any behavior that violates societal norms and is considered disturbing, harmful, and unwanted in society. The Qur'an describes all behaviors related to the problem of social pathology and provides threats and warnings to those who practice social pathology. Apparently the Qur'an warns about problems related to social pathology. The first solution to the problem of various social pathologies is to strengthen the monotheistic texts spoken by the Prophet Muhammad, an education that shapes thoughts, feelings, and inculcates the values ​​of faith. Confirmation of faith by Allah and Muhammad by swearing that there is no true god to be worshiped except Allah's messenger.
